The 49ers Academy’s commitment to students gives youth a community invested in their success. We start by partnering with school districts and integrate our program and services into students’ daily routines. We take a personalized approach to understand each student’s needs and deliver the right resources.

From practical assistance meeting needs at home, to school-wide equity advocacy, to strengthening social skills, emotional health, and positive identity, we work day in and day out to give every student the confidence to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

• 100% graduation rate for program participants
• 96% of teachers report increased student success rate*
• 95% of students feel cared for and safe*
• 90% of parents say their children receive critical social, emotional and academic support
• Provided case management with weekly check-ins to 118 middle school and high school students
• Supported 200 families through Family & Student Support Program
• Collaborated with 16 community partners to bring resources to our students and families
• Over 500 ​instances of targeted support (food/grocery gift cards, COVID relief)
